Who do you think is the most important in education - teacher or book?

Neither the teacher nor the book is *most* important in education; they are interdependent and both crucial. A teacher can guide learning, adapt to individual needs, and foster critical thinking, but without content (provided by books and other resources), there is nothing to learn. Conversely, a book, no matter how excellent, is inert without a teacher (or a highly motivated and self-directed learner) to interpret it, explain its complexities, and ensure understanding. The optimal learning environment leverages the strengths of both.
