For up to 20 authors: List all authors' last names and initials in the order they appear on the website.
For more than 20 authors: List the first 19 authors' last names and initials, followed by an ellipsis (...) and then the last author's name.
Example (up to 20 authors):
Author, A. A., Author, B. B., Author, C. C., & Author, D. D. (Year, Month Day). *Title of page*. Website Name. URL
Example (more than 20 authors):
Author, A. A., Author, B. B., Author, C. C., ..., Author, Z. Z. (Year, Month Day). *Title of page*. Website Name. URL
Important Considerations:
* Retrieval Date: While not strictly required in APA 7th edition, including a retrieval date is generally recommended for websites, especially if the content is likely to change. Add it after the URL like this: `(Retrieved Month Day, Year)`
* No Author: If the website doesn't list an author, start with the title of the page.
* No Date: If no publication date is available, use "n.d." in place of the year.
* URL: Use a stable URL if possible. Avoid using shortened URLs like bit.ly. If the website requires login credentials, state that in the citation.
Example with Retrieval Date and No Author:
*Title of page*. (n.d.). Website Name. https://www.example.com/page (Retrieved October 26, 2023)
Remember to always double-check your citation against the official APA style guide for the most up-to-date and accurate information. The APA website is the best resource for this.
