1-2 Authors: List all authors' last names and initials in the order they appear on the title page, separated by an ampersand (&).

3-20 Authors: List all authors' last names and initials in the order they appear on the title page, separated by commas. Use an ampersand before the last author's name.
* Example: Smith, J. A., Jones, B. R., Davis, C. D., & Brown, E. F. (2023). *Title of book*. Publisher.
21 or More Authors: List the first 19 authors' last names and initials, followed by an ellipsis (...), and then the last author's last name and initials.
* Example: Smith, J. A., Jones, B. R., Davis, C. D., ... & Brown, E. F. (2023). *Title of book*. Publisher.
In all cases, remember to:
* Italicize the title of the book.
* Include the year of publication in parentheses.
* Include the publisher's name.
* Capitalize only the first word of the title and subtitle (and proper nouns).
Example incorporating all elements:
Smith, J. A., Jones, B. R., & Davis, C. D. (2023). *The impact of social media on adolescent mental health*. Oxford University Press.
