How did the book Shiloh end?
At the end of the novel "Shiloh", Marty Preston finally returns Shiloh to his rightful owner Judd Travers, after a difficult decision and understanding Travis' connection with the dog. Judd is initially angry at Marty, but he eventually forgives him and allows him to visit Shiloh regularly. Marty still finds it challenging to walk past Shiloh's usual hiding places near the creek without feeling guilt, but he accepts that he made the best decision for everyone involved and is content with the visits. Judd Travers also becomes more responsible towards his dog and their bond strengthens. Marty still thinks about Shiloh fondly and continues to learn from the experience, growing into a more mature and compassionate person. Shiloh lives happily with Judd and his family, receiving the care and attention he deserves.
