Who printed the first American newspaper?

The first newspaper in the British American colonies, _Publick Occurrences Both Forreign and Domestick_, was printed in Boston, Massachusetts in September 1690. Benjamin Harris, an English immigrant, was the first printer of newspapers in the English colonies.
