Who thinks Atticus should leave the teaching to her in To Kill a Mockingbird?

There is no mention within To Kill a Mockingbird that Atticus teaches, or that anyone thinks Jem's teacher, Miss Caroline Fisher, should leave the teaching to Atticus.
