Step 1: Open your Pages document and click on the table that you want to rotate.
Step 2: Select the Arrange menu at the top of the screen, and then click on Rotate.
Step 3: Choose the rotation angle you want: 90 degrees clockwise, 90 degrees counterclockwise, or 180 degrees.
Step 4: Click on Done to apply the rotation.
The table will now be rotated to the specified angle.
Here are some additional tips for rotating tables in Pages:
- You can also rotate a table by dragging it with your mouse. To do this, click on the table and then hold down the Command key while you drag it.
- If you want to rotate a table back to its original orientation, select the Arrange menu and click on Reset Rotation.
- You can also use the Rotate tool in the toolbar to rotate a table. To do this, click on the Rotate tool and then click on the table that you want to rotate. Drag the rotation handle to rotate the table to the desired angle.
- If the table contains text, it may need to be reformatted after rotating it. To do this, select the table cells that contain text, and then click on the Format menu and choose Text.
- In the Text dialog box, adjust the text alignment and orientation as needed.
