Call the college you are attending to request the school code. The school code is a four-digit number that identifies all colleges and universities in the country and allows you to inform testing centers and the federal government where to send your test scores and financial aid applications. Any employee in the admissions office can provide you with the school code.
Complete your SAT application. On the application, include the school code of any college or university you want to receive your SAT scores. After the test is over and graded, your scores are sent to the universities listed on your application.
Send your SAT scores to another college when you transfer by requesting a copy of your transcripts from your current college's office of the registrar; your SAT scores are recorded on your college transcript and sent to other colleges.
Log in to your "My SAT" account with College Board to request your SAT scores be sent to colleges after you've already taken the test. Choose this option also if you neglect to provide the name of a college on your registration paperwork before you take the test or if you changed your mind about the school where you want your scores sent. Provide the name of the school and the school code when you log in to your account; your SAT scores will be electronically sent to the school.
