How to answer a case study in the MBA exam?

1. Understand the case study.

- Read the case study carefully and make sure you understand the key issues.

- Identify the main characters, the main conflict, and the goals of the main characters.

- Make a list of the key facts and data in the case study.

2. Develop a hypothesis.

- What do you think is the main problem in the case study?

- What are the possible solutions to the problem?

3. Analyze the case study.

- Use the facts and data in the case study to support your hypothesis.

- Identify any weaknesses or gaps in your hypothesis.

- Consider alternative explanations for the events in the case study.

4. Develop a recommendation.

- Based on your analysis of the case study, what do you recommend that the main characters should do?

- Explain your recommendation and provide evidence to support it.

5. Present your case.

- Write an essay or presentation that communicates your analysis and recommendation.

- Be clear, concise, and persuasive.

- Use evidence from the case study to support your arguments.

6. Be prepared to defend your case.

- Be prepared to answer questions about your analysis and recommendation.

- Be able to explain why you made the choices that you did.
