Briefly describe three evaluation criteria you might use to validate resources found on the web?

Here are three criteria to evaluate web resources:

1. Authority: Who created the resource? Are they an expert in the field? Do they have any biases or agendas that might influence the information? Look for authors with credentials, affiliations with reputable organizations, or established expertise in the topic.

2. Accuracy: Is the information presented factual and up-to-date? Does it cite credible sources? Are there any inconsistencies or inaccuracies? Cross-check information with multiple sources and be cautious of websites with an obvious bias or agenda.

3. Purpose: What is the intended audience of the resource? Is it meant to inform, persuade, or entertain? Understanding the purpose helps you determine if the information is appropriate and relevant for your needs. Consider whether the resource is trying to sell you something or promote a particular point of view.
