The site www.earobics.com has spelling and pronunciation games that include an alien catching letters to create simple words.
Many children with speech problems also have difficulty with sequencing--putting letters, words or ideas in the correct order. PBSKids.org has an activity geared directly to that issue in which a child can click on panels to put an "Arthur" story in order.
