What is a boarding school RA?

An RA (Resident Advisor) in a boarding school is a student who lives in a dormitory and is responsible for the welfare and safety of the other students in the dorm. RAs are typically upperclassmen who have been selected based on their leadership skills, communication skills, and ability to create a positive and supportive living environment.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of an RA include:

- Supervising the dorm and enforcing rules and regulations

- Resolving conflicts between students

- Providing emotional support and guidance to students

- Planning and organizing social activities and events

- Reporting any concerns or problems to the school administration

RAs play an important role in helping to create a positive and supportive living environment for boarding school students. They provide a sense of community and belonging, and they help to ensure that students are safe and well-cared for.
