If you are 18 can move out while in high school Or do need to get emancipated so sign your own forms etc?

In most U.S. states, you can move out at 18 without needing emancipation. Emancipation is a legal process that grants a minor the rights and responsibilities of an adult *before* they turn 18. Since you're already 18, you're considered an adult and can legally make your own decisions, including where you live. You don't need to go through the emancipation process.
