What is blueballing?

Blueballing is a term that refers to sexual arousal without orgasm or ejaculation. It can occur when someone is sexually aroused but does not reach orgasm, or when someone is repeatedly teased or stimulated but not allowed to reach orgasm. Blueballing can cause physical discomfort, such as pain or aching in the testicles, as well as psychological distress, such as frustration or anxiety.
