When speaking of someone and using the words fellow should that word be capitalize?

The word "fellow" is not typically capitalized when used as a general noun or an adjective. For example, "He was a fellow student at the university" or "They are fellow members of the club."

However, "Fellow" can be capitalized when it is used as a title or when referring to a specific organization or institution. For example, "The President is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences" or "She is a Fellow of the Royal Society."
