What has the shahadah written on it?

The Shahadah, also known as the Islamic Declaration of Faith, is a statement of belief that states:

"There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah."

This is written in Arabic as:

"لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله"

The Shahadah is the foundation of Islam and is the first pillar of the five pillars of Islam.
