Who is Apolinario Parents?

Apolinario Mabini is a prominent figure in Philippine history, not Apolinario Parents. There's no known historical figure by that name. Mabini was a key advisor and revolutionary leader during the Philippine Revolution against Spain and the subsequent Philippine-American War. He's often referred to as the "Brains of the Revolution."
