Is there a homeschooling scheme in Jersey channel islands?

Jersey doesn't have a formal "homeschooling scheme" in the same way some other places might have a structured, registered program. Instead, parents are responsible for notifying the Minister for Education, Sport and Culture and demonstrating that they are providing a suitable education. There's no set curriculum they must follow, but the education provided must meet the standards expected for children of comparable age in state schools. The government's involvement is largely in monitoring to ensure the child's education is adequate.
