Can west point graduates join another service?

While West Point graduates are commissioned as officers in the US Army, they can, after fulfilling their initial service obligation, transfer to another branch of the military. This is typically done through an interservice transfer process, and isn't automatic. It's subject to the needs of all services involved and the individual's qualifications.
