Who was the over all best student of 2008 in WASSCE?

There's no single "overall best student" declared for the entire West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) in 2008. The WASSCE is administered across several West African countries, and each country (and sometimes even individual schools) might have their own top-performing students.
