Is 14 a good act score?

A 14 on the ACT is not a good score. The ACT is scored out of 36, so a 14 is significantly below average. While it's not impossible to get into some colleges with a 14, it will severely limit your options, especially for more selective institutions. Most colleges would consider this a very low score.
