Write your customer service thesis statement. Your thesis statement is your overall claim, the point that your thesis paper will attempt to prove or disprove. Remember to tie your thesis statement tightly with the topic of health care and more generally about some aspect of customer service within health care.
List your main supporting points. There should be at least four to make a strong thesis. If you have more than ten, try to combine a few to keep the number under ten. Number them with upper case Roman numerals such as I, II and III. Leave space between each of your main points to add your supporting arguments.
Follow your main points with the opposing viewpoint. This should also be an upper case Roman numeral. Thesis papers are stronger when they acknowledge opposing viewpoints and address them.
Finish your upper case Roman numerals with the conclusion. This will be the section in which you summarize your thesis paper.
Under each upper case Roman numeral, write supporting arguments and counterarguments to any acknowledged opposing viewpoint. You can include minor points within this group. Number this group of statements with capital letters such as A, B and C.
Continue with any group of minor points or anecdotal evidence to support your points. List these as lower case letters such as a, b and c under your capital letters.
Write your conclusion under the last upper case Roman numeral.
