How to Measure the Effectiveness of a Faculty Mentoring Program

Mentoring can help faculty members to develop additional skills that they can use to enhance their careers. A structured faculty mentoring program can increase faculty satisfaction and retention levels. It can improve the faculty member's ability to teach, research and provide public service effectively.
