What is a ACM degree?

There's no standard academic degree called an "ACM degree." ACM stands for the Association for Computing Machinery. The ACM is a professional organization for computing professionals, not a university or institution that grants degrees. Universities and colleges grant degrees in computer science, software engineering, information technology, and related fields. The ACM might be involved in accrediting programs or setting curriculum standards, but they don't directly award degrees.
