What is a good degree for dentistry?

The only good degree for becoming a dentist is a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). These are professional degrees, not undergraduate degrees. You need to complete undergraduate coursework *before* applying to dental school to earn one of these degrees.
