If I have to go into my fifth year of high school aka super senior and say only need pass one semester a certain class Would still get diploma or would it be GED?

If you're a "super senior" meaning you're in your fifth year of high school, and you only need to pass one semester of a certain class to graduate, you would still receive a high school diploma, not a GED. A GED is for people who did *not* complete high school. As long as you fulfill all other graduation requirements and pass that final semester, your high school will award you a diploma.
