In Missouri can you get your GED and high school diploma?

No, in Missouri (and everywhere else in the US), you cannot get both a GED and a high school diploma. They are alternative credentials. A GED is earned by passing a test that demonstrates the equivalent knowledge and skills of a high school graduate. A high school diploma is awarded upon successful completion of a high school's curriculum. You can only have one or the other.
