What kind of college degree do you need for interface design at Google?

Google’s job listings for Associate User Experience designers state a preference for candidates with undergraduate and graduate degrees in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, psychology, or other design-related field, so there is not one standard degree path into UX work with Google.
