You'll likely need your National Student Number (NSN) and possibly other identifying information. Check the NZQA website for their official instructions on accessing your record. There might be a small fee involved.
Do NOT rely on unofficial sources like old report cards or personal records. Only the information from your school or directly from NZQA is considered official and accurate.
