To be eligible for financial aid, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is used to determine a student's expected family contribution (EFC) and their eligibility for federal and state financial aid programs.
The types of financial aid available to students at San Diego State University include:
