Who was poet laureate in 1813?

There was no Poet Laureate in 1813. The position was vacant at the time.

The previous Poet Laureate, Henry James Pye, died in 1813. Robert Southey was appointed the next Poet Laureate in 1813, but he didn't officially take up the role until 1814.
