Who is the author RA 1425?

RA 1425, the Philippine law on the "Dangerous Drugs Act of 1955", was enacted by the Philippine Congress. There isn't a single author credited for the law, as it's a product of collective legislative work.

It's important to understand how laws are made in a democratic system. They don't originate from a single person, but rather involve multiple stages of drafting, debate, and amendment by various representatives and committees.

While we can't attribute authorship to a single person, we can say that the Philippine Congress as a whole is responsible for the creation and enactment of RA 1425.
