Important details:
* Ampersand (&) is used when listing multiple authors in the in-text citation.
* Comma separates the last author's name and the year of publication.
* Page number is included for direct quotes.
* Use "et al." after the first author's name if there are more than two authors.
* Capitalize the first letter of the quote if it is a complete sentence.
* Use ellipsis (...) to indicate omitted words within a quote.
