Who is Bill in the book Savvy?

In the book "Savvy" by Ingrid Law, Bill or otherwise known as "Great Uncle Bill" is the main antagonist of the story. He is the brother of Great-Grandma Letha, the head of the Beaumont family, and the grandfather of Libby, the main protagonist. Bill is a powerful Savvy who possesses the power of telekinesis and has been using his abilities for personal gain. He is motivated by a desire for control and dominance over others. He has been manipulating and controlling the Beaumont family for years, using his Savvy to influence their decisions and actions.
