A poem about death that explains to children?

The sun sets each night,

It fades from our sight,

But the moon and the stars

Shine ever so bright.

Our bodies are like the sun,

They too will set one day,

But our love and our memories

Will never go away.

Like seeds in the ground,

We sleep in the earth,

But our spirit will grow,

In a brand new rebirth.

We'll be in the wind's song,

In the rain's gentle fall,

In the laughter of children,

And the love that holds all.

So don't be afraid,

When the sun starts to fade,

We'll live in the hearts

That we've loved and made.
