Do you capitalize the word poem?

In titles, the first and last words and all nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, and adverbs are generally capitalized. Articles, conjunctions, and prepositions are not capitalized unless they are the first or last word in the title.

A poem will, therefore, be capitalized in a title because it is a noun. For example:

The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock

The Raven
