Did Alexander the great have scribes write old testament in Hebrew?

There is no historical evidence that Alexander the Great had scribes write the Old Testament in Hebrew. The Old Testament was written by numerous authors over many centuries, long before Alexander's time. He did not have any involvement in its creation.
