Can someone name a legitimate publishing company that scam and really works?

There is no such thing as a "legitimate publishing company that scams and really works." Publishing companies make money by publishing books and selling them. They do not operate on a scam model, and any company that claims to be legitimate but also engages in scamming is not legitimate.
