What happened to the UK Leeds based publishing company E J Arnold and Sons?

In 2008, E.J. Arnold and Sons was acquired by Hodder Education, a subsidiary of Hachette Livre. The acquisition was part of Hodder Education's strategy to expand its presence in the UK educational publishing market. Following the acquisition, E.J. Arnold and Sons continued to operate as a separate entity within Hodder Education, retaining its own brand identity and editorial team. However, the company's operations were gradually integrated into Hodder Education's wider business, and in 2013, the E.J. Arnold and Sons brand was discontinued.
