What is Kristen book about in The Clique series?

In The Clique series by Lisi Harrison, Kristen Gregory is not the one who writes a book. In fact, she is part of the main characters in the series, along with Massie Block, Alicia Rivera, Dylan Marvil, and Claire Lyons. Together, they form the clique known as the Pretty Committee, which is exclusive and rules the social hierarchy at their school, Octavian Country Day.
